Melissa Vinson, CBA owner of MelRhea Balloon Creations, has become
recognized as an emerging leader in the balloon decor industry. Her stylish and elegant event designs have been compared to some of the decor world's biggest names, and her use of mixed media in her work has drawn critical acclaim from both industry icons and day to day decorators alike.

Melissa is a multi-award winning artist. In 2008, she was named “Designer of the Year” at both Summer Balloon Camp and FLOAT the convention. Her work has been featured in industry publications and in her series of popular educational DVDs.

Melissa loves to share her knowledge of balloons in a fun and creative setting - using all different shapes and sizes of latex and foils, rounds and non-rounds, to create memorable, long lasting designs.
